This catalogue and the existing shop
This site displays product information and stores selections on your device. Orders, accounts and payments are processed on DietPharmaPlus.com; its processing descriptions also apply when you continue there. No payment details are entered in this catalogue.
Local storage and cart transfer
Cart selections and appearance preferences are stored in browser local storage. When the cart connection is available and you transfer items, product and variant IDs and quantities are passed to DietPharmaPlus.com, where the WooCommerce cart session is used. Reset local selections by removing items or clearing site data.
Technical hosting
The host and its service providers may process technical data such as IP address, requested page, date and browser details to serve and secure the site. This catalogue embeds no advertising pixels, analytics trackers, remotely loaded fonts or marketing cookies. Applicable hosting privacy information and legal requirements also apply.
Email enquiries
Email enquiries involve processing contact details and messages to answer you. Provide only necessary information and avoid unnecessary health data. The basis depends on the enquiry, particularly contractual or precontractual communication under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), or legitimate interests in handling enquiries under 6(1)(f). Statutory retention duties remain.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn prospectively. You may complain to a supervisory authority; in North Rhine-Westphalia this is LDI NRW. Email info@dietpharmaplus.com for privacy enquiries.
