Orders and delivery address
Check your address, products and variants in the existing checkout. Available countries depend on the shop’s shipping zones. We do not state a blanket EU delivery time or free-shipping threshold here because these must be checked at checkout.
Withdrawal & returns
Eligible EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right. Exceptions may apply to unsealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. Statutory rights for defective goods remain. Contact us for return arrangements.
Request a return
You may communicate withdrawal with a clear statement by email to info@dietpharmaplus.com. A reason is not required for statutory withdrawal. Damaged or incorrect goods
Report damaged, incorrect or defective goods with your order number and helpful photos where possible. Statutory defect rights are not restricted by voluntary return rules. The existing shop has the full withdrawal and returns policy, including costs and refunds.
