Resin and gummies cannot be compared by the biggest number on a pack. Learn which details belong together.
Our comparisons use published Diet Pharma Plus product information. Check the complete label for ingredients, serving size and warnings before purchase.
Different formats
Shilajit is offered as resin or as a constituent of pre-portioned supplements. Resin needs portioning according to its specific pack instructions. Gummies combine several ingredients in a chewable unit. Total gummy weight is therefore not the shilajit amount. Compare format, identified ingredient and quantity separately. Flavour or shape does not establish individual suitability or a health outcome.
300 mg and other numbers
The newer Diet Pharma Plus gummies state 300 mg shilajit per daily serving. 60 gummies for 30 days implies two gummies per serving. The existing shop also lists an older formula with a different quantity description. These must not be merged. We are checking the older label. Do not compare ingredient amounts with extract equivalents, raw-material weights or entire-pack totals without clarification.
Reading ingredients and formula
A gummy may also contain gelling agents, flavours, sweeteners or other ingredients. A vegan description differs from complete allergen information. Dietary or religious requirements should be checked against the specific label and, where relevant, suitable documentation. “Shilajit” alone does not answer these questions. Ask for the full list for the exact variant before buying if you must avoid particular ingredients.
Origin, testing and identity
An origin description does not replace processing or material details. “Pure” or “tested” needs a stated testing scope and product reference. Ask which batch an analysis covers and which parameters were examined. Reports can address composition or tested contaminants but do not establish health effects. We avoid blanket purity or healing promises and focus on the actual label and product identity.
Servings and storage
Keep the product in its labelled original pack and follow storage instructions and the best-before date. Use the stated gummy count or resin portion; do not transfer directions between formats. Pre-portioning helps counting but does not replace correct use. A bear shape is not an indication for children. Store supplements away from young children and do not consume them like confectionery.
Questions before purchase
Does the exact name match the label? Is the shilajit quantity per serving clear? Are full ingredients and allergens available? Do pack size, servings and variant agree? Ask about missing information rather than treating a large number as quality. This article does not establish individual suitability. Seek professional advice for pregnancy, breastfeeding, medicines or health questions. We do not present shilajit as disease treatment or prevention.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children.
If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, living with a medical condition or unsure, seek medical or pharmaceutical advice before use.
